We use high-end premium pet shampoos, conditioners and products that are tailored to your pet's specific needs. For example, we use a hypoallergenic shampoo for pets with sensitive skin.
As a rule, scheduling 2-4 weeks in advance is customary. We do keep a "call list" in the case of cancellations and no-shows. Often times we can get your pet in with less that the typical 2 week window.
Yes, we offer add-on services such as flea and tick treatments, moisturizing treatments, facial cleansers, medicated shampoos, paw pad and snout moisturizers, de-shedding treatments, and teeth brushing. These services can be added on to any grooming package for an additional fee.
No, we do not offer mobile grooming services at this time. All grooming appointments take place in our salon.
